The ingredients in Balaji Wheelos (Masala) include refined wheat flour (60%), edible vegetable oil (palmolein), starch, corn flour, and spices and condiments (2-4%), such as dry mango, chili, pepper, and cumin. Other ingredients include iodized salt, black salt, sugar, yeast extract, dehydrated vegetable powder (like onion, garlic, and tamarind), and various stabilizers and acidity regulators.
